廠內逆向工程是採用美國ROMER機種,利用紅外線原理來做偵測樣品3D數據, 誤差正負0.1%NN後在電腦裡做圖檔修改與客戶確認, 完成後交由廠內工程師做分模動作才可製做模具. Our reverse engineering use ROMER from USA, creating a 3D virtual model from an existing physical part for use in 3D computer-aided design, precision is +/- 0.1%NN. The captured file (.CAD file) will be used in communicating with customers, after confirmation, the file will be sent to in-house engineering to calculate the data for the beginning of molding process. |
