五軸CNC Five-Axis CNC Machining
廠內五軸CNC切割機是由德國與台灣合資制造之著名品牌,經操作人員將切割字據擺放至固定位置後,再將由真空成型機所制造出的ABS半成品放在字據上,利用抽真空原理完成貼合為一體,依照不同的車種套件,經由專業人員,將電腦裡的程式調出所須的圖檔程式,再經由機器手臂作五轴精準高速切削加工,所生產套件品質穩定,數量提升,其穩定性是目前手工無法達成的,同時一般8個小時可切削約250~300支套件.
Our in-house Five-Axis CNC Machining is manufactured by one of the most leading brand from Germany and Taiwan. This cut-off process combined with Vacuum Forming process, where computer numerically controls and processes the data, in order to improve the stability and quantity in manufacturing process. We will input the data into CNC program, place the Vacuum Forming finished product onto the Tilt-Rotary Tables to cut-off the unnecessary part of the product. This technology increases the speed and accuracy of manufacturing product, normally this cut-off process can finish 250 to 300 set of product only in 8 hours.
