真空成型 Vacuum Forming
廠內真空成型是利用ABS為主原料,由廠外加工生產為平板後,經操作人員依成型數量進電腦定控,將平板經電熱盤加溫到180度左右,約60秒~90秒讓平板軟化到定點後,再由成型機吹氣與模具自動抽真空等原理,使平板與模具瞬間完全貼合,此真空成型生產之成品方式,在速度與品質上,較為快速穩定,一般8小時約可成型30模次. 再由工作人員手控水霧冷卻定型後,離型切割完成
Our in-house vacuum forming uses ABS plastic as raw material. Once we received an outsourced single-surface ABS plastic sheet, we will input the data into computer to heat up the plastic sheet to 180 Celsius for 60 to 90 seconds. Once the plastic sheet is soften to a designated point, held against the mold by applying a vacuum between the mold surface and the plastic sheet. This vacuum forming is an advance technology, which improves the speed and quality of finished product. Normally it only takes 8 hours to create 30 products. Each finished product will be cooled down by hand-misting and undergone a cut-off process.
